Ordering your prescription:
We are strongly advising that patients request their medications online via the app due to increased demand on the phone lines. This can be via our SystmOnline app, the NHS app or the MyGp app. The app will show your list of repeat medications and their due dates for you to order and you can also add a message to the surgery if you have an acute request or a query. You can also change your nominated pharmacy if you wish. Ordering via the app allows you to order your prescription wherever, whenever so it is far more convenient for you. If you are not already set up for your medical care online, please contact the surgery and we will be happy to assist.
